Is this an official BTS or HYBE tour?
No. This is a private fan-led trip and not affiliated with HYBE or BTS management.
Will Tom be there during the trip?
Of course! Tom will personally join the group throughout the journey .
How do I join the tour?
To join the tour, simply complete the booking form and pay the required non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
Who organizes the trip?
The trip is operated by Korea Travel Easy (KTE), a licensed travel company based in Seoul.
How big is the group?
Around 10–15 people, so it feels like traveling with friends, not a big tour bus.
How will I know when the trip is confirmed?
Once at least 10 participants have joined and the non-refundable deposits have been paid and sent to Korea Travel Easy, all participants will be notified via email.
What happens if the trip IS confirmed?
Once the trip is confirmed, Korea Travel Easy will begin booking hotels, transportation, and other arrangements.
The remaining balance must be paid immediately. An invoice will be sent to each participant.
What if I change my mind?
Cancellation Policy of Korea Travel Easy:
Notification and Written Request Requirement:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and confirmed by our team.
Free Cancellation:
• Cancellations made on or 30 days prior to the departure date, by 5:00 PM KST will not incur any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fee Calculation:
• Cancellations 29–21 days prior to departure (by 5:00 PM KST):
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
• Cancellations 20–11 days prior to departure (5:00 PM KST):
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
• Cancellations within 10 days prior to departure (5:00 PM KST):
A cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged.
Additional Terms:
• Non-Refundable Downpayment: The initial deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned if you cancel.
• Changes to Confirmed Itinerary: After the itinerary is confirmed, any changes to the dates or content of the itinerary may incur additional fees, depending on the specific circumstances.
• Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disasters), refund or rescheduling policies will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
What happens if the trip ISN’T confirmed?
If the group doesn’t reach 10 confirmed participants 60 days prior to the trip date, the trip may be cancelled and all payments made will be fully refunded.

This private trip is hosted in collaboration with Korea Travel Easy (KTE) , a Seoul-based travel company known for creating immersive K-pop and K-culture experiences. With their expertise managing all logistics, you can simply relax and enjoy the journey while focusing on the BTS adventure ahead. All travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-ground logistics are handled directly by KTE.

3. Once the tour is confirmed and funds are transferred to KTE, all refunds, cancellations, and responsibilities are subject to KTE’s official Terms & Conditions.
